What is Managed IT Services?

You might ask yourself; what is Managed IT Services in the first place?  Managed IT Service is the primary service a (MSP) Managed Service Provider, such as Minnkota Consulting, provides. It basically means that the MSP of your choosing takes care of all your IT needs for a monthly fee.  There are several reasons why this model of IT services is nice.

Reasons:

Company is able to budget for their IT support easily.

No longer feel like being nickel and dimed for every little support call.

Since all services are covered there is no longer the worry about who do I call for support.  You call a single number.  Whether your internet is down, a computer crashed, or a printer isn’t working, call your MSP.  As your MSP I will either take care of the issue or will make the call to the vendor that the issue concerns.  You no longer have to be the middle person, trying to explain to someone else what the problem is.

What this means is that you can spend your valuable time doing more productive work that benefits your business.
